This role requires: - A California CNA license (or higher) - At least one year of hands-on caregiving or CNA experience - Reliable transportation, as caregivers may assist clients with appointments or outings - California residency, as this role is only open to local candidates Compensation & Benefits - Earning Potential: Earn overtime at 1. 5x for hours exceeding 9 per day or 45 per week, allowing you to earn between $50k-$80k annually. - Stable Schedule: Work 12+ hour shifts, 3-5 days per week. - Work Directly with Families: Set your own wages and choose the private family that best fits your caregiving experience and style.
