Companion Care Needed For My Loved One In Los Angeles

About who needs care: Emotionally disabled (lifelong schizophrenia), currently recovering from double hernia surgery. After recovery, he will return to classes 4 days/week (Fall 2025). When not commuting to school and doctor appointments, he spends much time listening to music and looking through his iPad. He is typically calm and quiet, friendly but not talkative. About the care needs: Generally, I would imagine that the best fit is someone who can grocery shop with and/or for him and carry groceries up 30 steps, helping to put them away once every week. A calm and pleasant demeanor would be ideal but no special skills (other than the ability to climb the 30 steps up from the curb to the front door) Services needed include: transportation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
