I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 80s. The primary goal is to assist with transfers and toileting. She had a severe stroke 28 years ago and has grown weaker. Communication is difficult as she has aphasia. My father is the primary caregiver - your role is to assist him and make transfers safe. We're looking for daytime help on Saturdays and Sundays. Please list any prior experience with stroke patients, those with difficulty communicating, or situations requiring patience.
