I live with Mom. I do 24/7 care. She can stand but must be held tightly by gait belt with walker and help up and help down. Very high fall risk. Day starts helping safely from bed to toilet. I provide morning nutrition drinks there; she does prayers. After I dress her, I transfer to her recliner chair. I prep/serve/clean up breakfast. The rest of the day after this first 3+/- hrs is to/from toilet with a snack mid-afternoon. She sits no more than 40-45 minutes; is gotten up for circulation and health. Her needs: physical assist, food prep/serve, exercises, conversation, company, attention, monitoring. My needs: someone to free me up for other stuff up to 40 hrs/week daytimes (then I can take over evenings and weekends). She is late 90sm 100 lbs , 4'7". I'm early 60s. I've been caregiving her about 10k+hrs the past 4-5 years; need help.
