Caregiver

Client lives with her daughter. Client is alert and oriented, but on hospice. Client has to be on oxygen 24/7. Client has medical history of cancer, diabetes, insomnia, left ankle surgery, osteoporosis, dizziness at time, COPD, and constipation at times. Client is fall risk and uses a walker. Client will require standby assistance with dressing, bathing and hygiene. Client is self directed with toileting, and eating and drinking. Light housekeeping including dishes and light sweeping, light cleaning of bathroom. Meal prep will be cooking and heating and serving.
