Hello! I need a care provider to help me get to my aquatic physical therapy appointments. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. I'll need you to push me in a transport wheelchair which you will also need to load in and out of your car (it folds down and weighs about 25lbs). I can stand and walk for short duration so am able to get in and out of the wheelchair and car without assistance.
