Hello! I'm looking for a temporary, hourly, in-home, nurse's aide, to help care for my mother during the weekdays while I'm working. TBD on exact schedule, but 4-6 hours per day from around 9am-2 p.m. ish daily would be great. My mother will be staying in my home in Laguna Niguel while she continues to recover from 2 major hip surgeries she had in August. A hip replacement at the beginning of the month and then a second hip surgery a week later on that same hip due to a fall and from previously undetected hairline fractures making the bone weak. My mom needs someone patient, kind and supportive! She's very friendly and enjoys chatting, but she sometimes forget to do her PT exercises or takes her medication late. I need someone to help remind her to do those things and monitor her when she walks. She's a fall risk. Thanks so much!
