Seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide support for a 35-year-old individual with ASD Level 2. You will demonstrate empathy, patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills to build trust and effectively assess progress. As part of a dedicated team, you will help manage challenging behaviors, develop life skills, and support the client in thriving day-to-day. The ideal candidate has: Experience working with Autistic individuals An associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred. Effective verbal/written communication skills, redirection skills are a bonus. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. A valid California driver's license and proof of automobile insurance. Strong problem-solving skills/teamwork abilities. Musically inclined is a bonus
