Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In La Puente

Searching for Spanish speaking caregiver for my mother. Experience w/Alzheimer's preferred. Must be able to make sound decisions independently. She can walk w/assistance. Requires help getting up from sitting position. She uses the toilet but needs to be wiped. Has occasional accidents in her diaper that will require cleanup and possible bath. The job entails serving meals & prompting meds. Light housekeeping in her bedroom/restroom, and in spaces she occupies. Patience & calm demeanor are essential because she requires a lot of instruction & repetition. Having a lively personality is vital to keep her engaged, & it includes going along w/her illogical conversations. Comfort with small dogs is a must as we have a few indoor dogs. You will be asked to open the door for them when no one else is home. No smokers. Electronic payments only.
