About who needs care: To many underlying conditions to list. Just a couple are she is obese, diabetic, her feet are so bad with ulcers and sores she has a hard time walking on them. Her podiatrist said she should have a couple of her toes removed, they are so bad. Her hobbies and her life revolve around her 12 Chihuahuas. Her house is atrocious with garbage and animal urine and feces'. She Doesn't have a working stove or oven. Mice have gotten into the refrigerator so she can't keep perishable food in it. She has said that Mice live is in her stove and oven. All of her time revolves around her Dogs needs not hers. She loves them but can not keep up with them. About the care needs: They need tough skin to put up with her and no sense of smell if they go into her house. She is dead set on keeping her house but she can't keep up with it, the payments, the yard or her own garbage. She no longer has garbage pickup. According to her it's because she can't get the garbage cans to the curb and there were some other issues she had with them. She hasn't had garbage pick up for a few years now. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
