Live-in Home Care Needed For My Mother

About who needs care: We just need someone there 24/7 to help her if needed. She tries to be independent and do things herself but she is slowing down and needs assistance at times. She lives in a large house which she refuses to leave. My sister and I live out of town but try to care of as many things as possible, such as finances, security, home issues, etc. About the care needs: Someone who is patient and doesn't take things personally. She is getting forgetful and easily agitated. This is something new for us but I understand that happens as they age. No special skills required, just a caring individual who will be aware if anything unusual occurs. My mother loves her garden, however cant work in it anymore. She would love someone to care as much about her garden as she does. A little sewing skill would be helpful but not necessary. She relates well to younger people who don't tell her what to do but rather suggest! Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
