Asana Home Care is looking for a home care aide/caregiver in the Orange County area with reliable transportation for an immediate start. We have an open position in Irvine for 5 shifts (M-F) from 7:30AM-3:30PM, starting ASAP. If you can only take 3 to 4 days, we can work out the schedule with you. This is a permanent position. Duties include assisting our client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), which includes: companionship, light housekeeping, making lunch, laundry, medicine reminders, etc. We're strictly non-medical. Client is a 75-year-old, mobile, independent male with dementia. He is very upbeat and funny, and likes to talk and have light-hearted conversations. He usually skips breakfast, so the only meal you'd have to prepare would be lunch. He likes to watch sports, westerns, listen to classic rock music, and nap. He also likes to take care of the garden in the backyard. He is located in a nice house in Irvine There are 2 little dogs that live with him - he might need reminders to fill their water bowls during the day. Home Care Aide certified with LiveScan background check. We can help get you certified within a day or two. $100 bonus after you have worked 100 hours. Free continuing education classes.
