We're looking for a kind, dependable caregiver with strong hands-on care skills and a calm, engaging presence. This role supports our 26-year-old daughter, who has physical disabilities. She is bright, communicative, & fully dependent for all daily living needs. Ideal candidates have experience with seizures, Hoyer lifts, toileting, bathing, feeding support, and medication assistance. Catheterization training is a plus but not required. The right person will be emotionally aware, respectful, and patient, with the ability to build a natural, peer-like connection. Caregivers who enjoy music, audiobooks, literature, and thoughtful conversation tend to connect well. We are currently building her care team and have multiple shifts available.
