Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Gilroy

About who needs care: she suffered a stroke in 2018 and has been basically bedridden from that. She has dialysis multiple times a week so would like for someone to change her and put her in her wheelchair on those days then come back in the evenings to change and feed her when she comes back. On other days when she's staying home she just needs food and medication reminders she's pretty self sufficient otherwise. Her current caretaker is my aunt but she just got diagnosed with cancer so if you all could help out with menial tasks around the house like laundry and changing bedsheets that would be awesome too. About the care needs: IF they could cook that would be really helpful. Also we have a lift and hoist but my grandma is a little heavy so they would need to be able to lift at least 40-50lbs to move her from the bed to wheelchair on dialysis days. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
