About who needs care: Has dementia, however, not Alzheimer's. Has ability to walk around the house but needs help with dressing, urinary incontinence, especially during evening and night. About the care needs: Someone with a sense of humor, caring. His communist communication skills are beginning to be limited. He watches a lot of television. He does take medication to sleep at night, but will need help getting up during the night. We have a walker. He uses a cane and I also have bedside chair commode. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
