He will be travelling from Bakersfield to a rehab facility in Fresno where he needs someone there for approximately 4 hours to assist bathroom transfers from his wheelchair. He has limited mobility post stroke. He is sometimes incontinent so in case of an accident he will need assistance being cleaned up and changed.
