About who needs care: Parkinson's, Heart disease, High blood pressure, Declining cognitive He just turned 90 and is declining but wishes to remain in the home. Needs help with medications, ensuring doesn't fall, bathing, dressing, and staying engaged. He needs someone that will converse with him, keep him active (daily walks and/or drives), outings, etc. We are not looking for a caregiver that ignores the client unless something is needed. He needs someone that will want to get to know him and keep him engaged mentally and socially. About the care needs: Postive person, upbeat, active, friendly, wants to get to know their client, English speaking Take blood pressure as needed and give medication and directed by the family. Dad used to like to do puzzles (losing interest) and play games. Should like to go for walks and get the client up and moving. Must like dogs and cats. Dad's dog is 100% sweet and non-threatening. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
