Help needed for my father in his 80s - seeking full-time live-in home care. Wife, spouse is in good health but unable to keep up with all duties and also needs scheduled medical care that will require the caregiver to provide more full-time care. Patient has Parkinson's but is still capable of using a walker and transitioning into a wheelchair. Spouse may need assistance during surgery recovery but that will be limited. Seeking long-term live-in role which will be housed in a guest house on property. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Assistance with medication, bathing, feeding, assisting with exercise, coordination of caregivers such as PT, OT, Speech Therapy, keeping a schedule. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. References required. Salaried W-2 role. Must speak English.
