Looking for someone with experience with hands-on care for elderly patients with cancer. My mom was diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer almost 10 years ago and has defied all odds. She is just now bouncing back from a lengthy hospital stay. She is getting stronger and stronger everyday, so her needs may change/decrease, but here's what we currently need: -assistance with gait belt/shadowing for balance (just graduated from walker to cane) -assistance with: toileting, bathing, grooming, brushing teeth, dressing -meal preparation (strong preference for asian food- thai, vietnamese, chinese, etc.) -light house keeping- laundry, dishes, dusting, vacuuming, organization -medicine management/prompting The idea candidate would be flexible with scheduling and willing to do a split shift some days. Speaking Thai language would be a big plus!
