Help Staying Physically Active like walking the dog with her in the morning, Heavy Lifting, if needed but rare. Meal Preparation or prompting. , Errands like taking the dog to the groomer. Shopping, for necessary immediate items as I can do the big shopping. Transportation to the doctors, but rare as I usually do it. Medication management is required(see above). Some light tidying up is involved. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. We might ask you to run errands now and then. We ask that you handle transportation as needed.
