About who needs care: COPD, on O2 and has nebulizer + inhaler, will have hospital bed and wheelchair, she has been a bit confused since getting hospitalized and in acute rehab currently until Monday for UTI. She needs help with daily hygiene, making food/snacks, light house cleaning (laundry, dishes, etc), and help taking her medication as prescribed. About the care needs: Hospice preferred experience as she will be going into home hospice next week. Knowledge on O2 machine use and COPD Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
