About who needs care: Mobility issues, uses a walker, has had lots of falls. Alexa and cameras are in place so she can call for help at night and you can see her if you are not there. No memory problems. We can find someone else to fill in at night if needed, and can work out a schedule that allows days off. An aide comes once a week to bathe her and other personal care. Actual daytime work hours vary, mostly transportation to appointments and church (in Ferndale), monitoring and checking in during the day (can use the camera set-up). We are flexible; her grandson has been doing this but wants to move out. About the care needs: Somebody low-key; either Christian or tolerant of religious beliefs; need to navigate tech (Alexa all over the house, Home cameras, a bonus if you can help with computer if it acts up).
