Companion Care Needed For My Parents

I'm looking for a caregiver for my elderly parents. MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THE DAYS/TIMES POSTED IN THE AD OR PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. Must have experience dealing with people with Alzheimer's with behavioral issues (my mom can be a handful and needs a light touch and lots of redirecting). Meal preparation is a must. tidying up is involved. My parents do not drive so I'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. Preference for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and who is comfortable with big dogs (two dobermans who are very sweet but need to be walked, fed and cleaned up after). Must be comfortable with a country setting and be willing to take walks with my mom. Most of all, someone who is reliable, responsible, shows up when they say they will, and stays in good communication with me thru text.
