Seeking Senior Care Provider In Elk Grove

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Heavy Lifting, Meal Preparation, Companionship. Medication management is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. My father is a hemiplegic stroke survivor. I am the primary caregiver and I just need a couple days away to recharge. We just hit the 6 month mark and I'm tired.
