She requires full assistance with daily living, including diaper changes, sponge baths, feeding, and companionship. She also has a wound that requires basic wound care, under the guidance of a nurse. While she is mostly in bed, she needs support with light range-of-motion exercises and occasional repositioning to prevent bedsores. And housekeeping needed. The ideal caregiver has experience working with elderly or disabled patients, especially those who are non-ambulatory. CNA or HHA certification is a plus but not required.
