About who needs care: 75-year-old man, outgoing and interesting, wise and charming, has cancer currently under control but occasionally battles health issues. Loves golf. Very personable and kind. Independent but lives alone and family is long-distance and he would benefit from some companionship, check-ins, walks, help with errands, etc. Position might grow into more regular care-taking/nursing. About the care needs: A good listener, optimistic/happy, golf (or interest in learning) a plus, skills in home health care a plus for occasional recovery times (for example during chemo phases). Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
