I need a hands-on care provider for my mother in her 90s. Assistance with medication may be needed. One of your responsibilities might be helping with bathing although I do have a home health care person who helps twice weekly with baths. Please have experience assisting with meal prep. Duties include providing supervision, companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a kind, upbeat, and patient caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR/first-aid trained. My mother is ambulatory with a walker. She can walk short distances, lift herself up from a chair, and on and off the toilet. She is recovering from multiple UTIs and is currently experiencing some memory issues, mood swings, and perseveration which we don't know is permanent at this point. As a result, she cannot be left alone until we see consistent improvement.
