We need hands-on care to take care of my wife in Cupertino. Medication management is required. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include transportation in our special needs vehicle. (doctor's appointments, shopping, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pet (outside dog). NOTE: We currently have a caregiver 8 hrs. a day 5 days a week. We are changing to a 12 hr. shift 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday with occasional 24 hr. care during the week. We currently have one caregiver and we will split the 5 days between two caregivers. We may need to hire two caregivers if our current caregiver isn't amiable to the change. Client enjoys laughter and a fun attitude.
