About who needs care: This position is for a board and care facility in Covina. I only need someone to stay with one of my male residents who is in a wheelchair while I give transportation to the other. 2 days a week for around 4-6 hours, most likely in the afternoons or evenings. Sometimes it might be 3 days a week. You'll be required to monitor, feed, transfer from wheelchair to bed and living room, and also diaper changes. If the shift is in the evenings, then all you will have to do is put him to bed and monitor for incontinence. $20 per hour. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
