Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Corona

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my mother who is 80 years old, bedbound and on home hospice. She has Parkinson's and cognitive impairment. I am looking for someone available on Sunday mornings, so that I may attend church. She will need to be changed, fed, given oral medications and receive a breathing treatment. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with small dogs.
