Care Giver, Short Term 1 Week, For 67 Year Old Male

Our Family needs help to take care of my Dad in our home he is 67, while we are on vacation from Wednesday to Monday. It is not a whole day thing we it would be 3 times throughout the day because we have extended Family coming to stay and hang out and cook meals for him and give him his medicine. What we need help with is to come to the house change his diaper in the morning clean him up shower if needed help him get dressed then help him to the kitchen table for breakfast. Then afternoon changing diaper again then help to the table for lunch, and repeat in the evening for dinner then helping him get into the bed for bedtime. He had a stroke 20 years ago and still has some weakness and needs help with daily things, he can walk on his own very slowly but we feel more comfortable with him using his walker around the house.
