Companion Care Needed For Myself

About who needs care: I am fairly independent with very minor health issues. I need someone to take me grocery shopping, to get my nails done, help with laundry and light housekeeping weekly. I really need someone that can cook and bring me prepared meals 2-3x a week, which I will pay extra for. I need someone who can visit me regularly twice a week for 2-4 hours each visit.
