Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In Citrus Heights

I am looking for help ahead of time for April 8th and 9th. My weekday caregiver is going on vacation. I am looking for someone who is hoyer lift trained and comfortable with helping me do my physical therapy. I am trying to get stronger so this is very important to me. I also need someone who is comfortable with getting me into the shower. My current caregiver can do training with you for all of this but experience is preferred. I also need someone who can prepare meals for me, prompt me to drink water, and prompt me to take my medication. I have a system here at home that is very easy to follow and pretty self explanatory. Please note that if you need training having availability during the day time Monday-Friday is preferred. You will be paid at the end of the day on the 9th.
