Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Camarillo

About who needs care: My mother lives with my brother and wife, who work. My mother needs rides, and assistance getting in and out of cars and buildings, and small errands. She has some short-term memory loss, but is otherwise doing pretty well. About the care needs: It would be nice if they have a good driving record and car and flexible hours and maybe once in a while they can stay overnight (in a comfortable room) if my brother and his wife take a vacation. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
