Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In The Mornings In Burlingame

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 80s. He has parkinsons so is unstable and his speech is impaired. He needs supervision in the morning along with making simple breakfast. He also needs help needed with bathing and making him do light exercise. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. Because it is early morning time, we would prefer someone living close to Burlingame.
