Companion Care Needed For My Husband In Berkeley

Seeking part time live-in help for gentleman in his 80's with mild dementia My partner of 30+ years is experiencing mild to moderate dementia. My intention is to keep him in his own home as long as possible. I would like to find someone who is patient and experienced with dealing with dementia patients to live in (house in Berkeley) four days and three nights a week every other week. Hopefully there can be some flexibility on scheduling. Requirements: must be able to drive and have clean driving record and own car that is suitable to drive patient. Must be able to cook basic meals as I no longer want him using the kitchen. Someone who has good references, is patient and kind and can carry on a conversation. Non smoker. He is easy to get along with but needs company and social stimulation. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
