About the job
We need hands-on care to take care of my 86-year-old father in Berkeley. Medication reminders, bathing, tidying up and help with his ostomy bag. We need someone who is meticulous and thoughtful about hygiene and professional about handling urine. We're looking for some help preparing meals. We'll need you to assist groceries or errands when appropriate. We ask that you assist with transportation as needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. Speaking Portuguese, French, Spanish, German or Italian is also a plus.
