Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Benicia

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 90s. Has dementia, not aggressive. He has COPD and may need to be instructed to have a breathing treatment. Walks around the house with aid of walker, stand by assistance needed to maintain safety. Needs assistance with ADL such as chair bath, shaving and assist with dressing. Uses attends and may need help with changing. Food prep and serve breakfast and lunch. He likes light breakfast, soup, sandwich with a fruit and drink. Light house keeping such as cleaning after meals, making his bed etc. There are 5 small dogs in our home, friendly and will great you with barking. I have a 4-5 day/week, 5 hrs per day which includes Saturdays. My dad is pleasant, enjoys to talk but also naps frequently.
