Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Bakersfield

About who needs care: High blood pressure, diabetic, dementia she doesn't have hobbies and somewhat mobile she try's to walk but can't walk on her own but will fall. she needs someone to cook and feed her and change her diaper and make sure she doesn't fall when she gets up. She has a hospice nurse that come 4 days a week and bath her and gives her medications. About the care needs: Someone who is patient and kind and knows how to deal with someone who has dementia and that can treat her like family and that isn't easily offended because anything may come out my grandmother's mouth. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
