Caregiver For Physically Disabled 70 Year Old

This post is for my 70-year-old father who has recently become physically disabled. He mostly needs massaging and stretching before he walks. Familiarity with colostomy bag. He is able to do a lot, but needs help being set up for his daily routine. We are flexible with days and hours, but we are hoping for someone to help with his morning/afternoon routine (12-2). His routine mostly consists of helping set him up to brush his teeth and shave, help with stretching and massaging his muscles, and walking for his physical therapy. He also may need help turning, but he is only 140 pounds and can almost turn on his side by himself. We also have an old chihuahua so being comfortable with pets in the house is required.
