Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Alameda

I need help with my mother, who is 87. She has numerous medical issues, including heart failure, liver failure, ongoing intestinal problems, chronic diarrhea, and needing to use the bathroom often and usually in a hurry. She has lived chiefly independently, dealing with these issues; however, her health and mobility are deteriorating. She usually gets around okay with a cane or short walks in a walker on her best days, sometimes not needing a cane. The needs are to get her up in the morning help with breakfast, meds and bathing. Expectations are English speaking (she is hard of hearing so must speak clearly and loudly) meal planning and meal prep, light housekeeping and bathing, some short local trips in her car, walks, mobility exercises and conversation. She has a cat. Ideally this would be blocks of time later morning
