I am in search of a compassionate live-in caregiver for my mother, in her 80s, with mid to late-stage Alzheimer's. She's good spirited with a sense of humor, but needs full-time care due to recent wandering tendencies. My 80-year-old father is extremely capable and her primary caregiver and now needs help to ease his responsibilities. I am interviewing candidates who might be interested in short-term work in Wrangell, Alaska where there are no in-home caregivers. Free room & board with this paid position. Preference given to candidates willing to help with cooking and cleaning.
