Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Tempe

We need companion care to take care of my mother in Tempe. Need assistance with medication sorting and prompting to start and then additional small tasks as needed. No insulin or injectables. Prefer a caregiver who is a non-smoker and who is very communicative with me.
