Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Surprise

About who needs care: Recent stroke. Limited mobility (mostly wheelchair, some assisted steps with 4-prong cane in left hand), and small amounts of communication. Will need help with morning routines, showering, dressing, toileting, monitoring/assist with eating, possible transport to therapies, daily wheelchair walks around the neighborhood. Was a very active person prior to stroke, played golf and pickleball, loved to visit and enjoy the sunshine. About the care needs: Someone with previous in-home care, patient, kind, reliable, honest, able to communicate is a respectful way to the patient, able to help with meal prep (mostly soft food diet), able to run occasional errands for med pick ups or groceries, able to be creative with ways of at-home exercises and stimulation. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
