Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Surprise

About who needs care: My father sleeps too much, and my mother is no longer effective in getting my dad out of bed. We need someone to help my dad with basic grooming and to get him involved in activities. This would also allow my mom the opportunity to get out of the house once in a while. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing. My parents do have a sweet non-aggressive dog who is about 1. 5 years old.
