Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Surprise

I'm looking for a female caregiver for my mother in her 80s. Duties include bathing, companionship and help with exercises. My mom and dad live together but I would like for my dad to have a break and know that my mom is safe at home. She has dementia and just recently broke her hip and had a hip replacement, but gets around well with a walker. We don't want her to be alone at home for long periods of time. Looking for someone to come spend time with her, encourage her to do her exercises and maybe some simple activities like puzzles or let her share pictures and stories.
