About the job
I need senior care provider with experience for my 87-year-old mother, who suffered a stroke and is in a wheelchair with her right side paralyzed. She has to have a live in to be able to stay at home. She has a caregiver who works 4 24 hour shifts. This includes sleeping. There is no need for reg. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Wound Care, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Assistance with medication is needed. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
