Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Phoenix

About who needs care: She is just regaining her strength to try and walk again and starting physical therapy next week. She is overweight has been immobile for a few years. I'm looking for weekend help where care assistance is lacking. She needs help to the bathroom and in and out of her wheelchair to do activities down in the lobby of her building, etc... About the care needs: Kindhearted, soft spoken, strong and puts in effort to give assistance where it is currently lacking. She needs help being lifted from her sitting position and is currently weak. We are working on this. Maybe just a few hours in the morning and few hours from early afternoon to evening. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
