Companion Care Needed For My Loved One In Phoenix

About who needs care: Has diabetes, lives alone independently. Does not drive. Really likes classic cars and old movies. Likes to stay up late and sleep in, so tries to do late morning and afternoon appointments. Ideally, likes to get up between 10-12 and then have coffee, restroom, shower, eat, and watch TV. Takes doses of meds morning, noon, evening, and night. About the care needs: My uncle has a speech impediment so someone needed with patience. Has some memory and comprehension issues. Needs someone who understands how to work with mentally impaired seniors. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
