About who needs care: Recently had a heart attack. Needs support with basic household chores and tasks regarding medical appointments. He recently had a heart attack and has many medical appointments coming up. We would like someone to accompany him to these appointments and make sure he is implementing the PT/required follow ups at home. We want someone who is able to pick up on what needs to happen next in his health care and follow through on the required steps. About the care needs: Easy going and non judgmental. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
